Yes, all NAYAD drinkware are made from Tritan and are guaranteed BPA-free.

- The lid is of 100% BPA-free Tritan Plastic. The body is made from 18/8 stainless steel. The silicone straw tip comes with the NAYAD Tumbler is made from food-grade silicone that is chewy and flexible. 

Which of the NAYAD drinkware is leak-proof?

The NAYAD Roamer, Ranger, and Traveler Bottle is leak-proof. And the NAYAD Tumblers, and Mugs are splash proof. 

Can you put the NAYAD drinkware in the refrigerator, freezer or microwave?

You can put the NAYAD drinkware in the refrigerator or freezer but not in the microwave.

Can I cancel or make changes of my order?

We process all the orders as soon as they are placed, therefore, the order will not be able to be modified once it is placed. 

Will I receive notification or a tracking number when my order ships?

- Yes, an email will be sent once it is shipped.

How long will my order take to arrive (including shipping and processing)?

- It depends on your shipping location. It usually takes us 1-3 days to process the order and shipping takes no longer than a week.

Where can you ship to?

- NAYAD offers USPS Standard Shipping on all shipments within the contiguous United States.

Do you ship outside the US?

Unfortunately no, we currently do not ship outside the US at this time.

Is there a shipping fee?

No, we offer free standard U.S. shipping on all orders.

What’s the best way to clean my NAYAD drinkware?

NAYAD Drinkware features a wide mouth opening that can easily be cleaned with the NAYAD Silicone Brush, a soft sponge, or hand-washing. Simple apply hot water and stainless steel cleaning solution to the NAYAD silicone brush, then wipe and rinse clean.

How should I clean the persistent smell of the Silicone Straw Tip?

The Nayad Straw Tip is made with pure silicone and it can operate up to 350°F/180°C. Putting it into a 250°F oven for 10-20 mins can clean up the persistent smell. 

What is the warranty on the product?

- NAYAD offers a 1-year limited lifetime warranty on all products purchased from and authorized retailers. The warranty covers replacement of any defective material or component. It does not cover any issues due to normal wear and tear, misuse or loss/theft of the product.
