How do the Tumblers keep drinks warm/cold for so long?

- Powered by superior double-wall vacuum insulation technology, The 22 oz NAYAD Tumbler keeps drinks warm or cold for at least 6 hours.


What are the Tumblers made of?

- The lid is of 100% BPA-free Tritan Plastic. The body is made from 18/8 stainless steel. The silicone tip on the straw is made from food-grade silicone that is chewy and flexible. 

 

What is the size of a NAYAD Tumbler?

- The size of the NAYAD Tumbler is 22oz.


How much does a NAYAD Tumbler weigh? 

- 13 oz (without straw)

- 15 oz (with straw).


What’s the best way to clean my NAYAD Tumbler?

- The NAYAD Tumbler features a wide mouth that can easily be cleaned with sponges, brushes, or hand-washed. The straw, lid, cap, and silicone tip can easily be taken apart to clean. The straw comes with a free brush to clean the interior of the straw. 


Can I clean my NAYAD Tumbler in the dishwasher?

- No, the NAYAD Tumbler is not dishwasher or microwave safe.


Are the NAYAD Tumblers spill-proof?

- No, but it does prevent splashes.


Can you put the NAYAD Tumbler in the refrigerator, freezer or microwave?

- You can put the NAYAD Tumbler in the refrigerator or freezer but not in the microwave.


Are the Tumblers BPA-free?

- Yes, all NAYAD Tumblers are made from Tritan Plastic and are guaranteed BPA-free.


What can I use the NAYAD Tumbler for?

- It’s made for all kinds of hot and cold beverages, from water to smoothies to tea to cocktails, and more!


Will the NAYAD Tumbler sweat?

- Say goodbye to water stains. Thanks to the double-wall insulation, the NAYAD Tumbler is condensation-free to keep your hands dry.


What is the warranty on the product?

- NAYAD offers 1-year limited lifetime warranty on all product purchased from www.nayad.com and authorized retailers. The warranty covers replacement of any defective material or component. It does not cover any issues due to normal wear and tear, misuse or loss/theft of the product.

- Yes, we’ll send you an email.

- It depends on your shipping location. It usually takes us 1-3 days to process the order and shipping takes no longer than a week.


Where can you ship to?

- NAYAD offers USPS Standard Shipping on all shipments within the contiguous United States.


Do you ship outside the US?

A: Not at this time.


Is there a shipping fee?

A: No, we offer free standard U.S. shipping on all orders.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We want to make sure you’re 100%  satisfied with your purchase and we would love to return or exchange merchandise that doesn’t work for you.

  • All returned merchandise must have not been used, altered, damaged, or washed, and returned in its original packaging for return or exchange.
