Habits can make or break you and it’s definitely worth being intentional about the habits you allow in your life. Here are 10 good habits that will have a positive impact on your life by helping you to be healthier and happier.

Drink plenty of water

Start your day with a big glass of water right after you wake up to rehydrate your body after sleep. It’s also important you aim to drink water throughout the day so you don’t experience any signs of dehydration.

Move your body

Exercise is key when it comes to your health and happiness. So stop telling yourself you don’t have the time or energy and start moving more. Go on walks, for instance; it’s free and easy to do. Be sure to always have a reusable water bottle on hand to keep you hydrated.

Eat a nutritious breakfast

Plan your day the night before
